The proposal locates strategically a number of cultural windows in the city that complement the existing ‘Centre d’Informació del Raval’ (Raval Informaction Center). This system allows citizens to be informed of the cultural activities that are happening. The intervention in Plaça Lesseps is not a single action it is part of an initiative tht can be exported to all over the city.
