This Villa is located in the outskirts of Casablanca. The site is a generic 6.000sqm plot.
With no references to the surroundings, the proposal is introverted and selfrelated. It is built around 7 parallel bearing walls that articulate the project along the main section. The roofs suggest a reinterpretation of the local colonial villas.
The groundfloor hosts the public uses: livingroom, dining, playroom, swimmingpool, etc. The rooms (private areas) are located in the first floor. The villa includes two main suites and 4 suites for guests. In the basement there is a 10 car parking area.
