Concept
The proposal for the New Arts Center in Agueda, Portugal pursues three main objectives:

A/ Organize the New Arts Center around a new public square that works as a cultural magnet that is part of the sequence of public spaces in the city.
B/ Develop a building that is integrated into its surroundings and has a clear program distribution that allows different configurations and various uses.
C/ Propose a sustainable building that makes a rational use of resources.
