At modo Architecture & Interiors, we have finished the overall renovation of an antique building, in the Poble Nou district, in Barcelona. This work has been undertaken by Grupo Elix, property refurbishment and Real Estate experts in Barcelona and Madrid. We are happy to anounce our new project in Luxembourg. Our office is currently developing the design of a semi detached 4-floor house. The project includes the interior design of 450 sqm and the overall landscape design.

We are happy to announce that the Cameroon Villa is already under construction. The architectural design of the villa will count with a main house of 1400 SQM, a Guest-House of 250 SQM, an Entertainment-Veranda of 350 SQM and a Service-House of 160 SQM. This villa will be placed in a fantastic 20.000 SQM site, in Bangou / Ouest-Cameroon, and will be under construction during the next 18 months.

Our team is working on a overall rehabilitation of two estates in Barcelona for Grupo-Elix. The projects are already under construction, and include the interior design of a total amount of 1450 SQM divided into two buildings.

The Luxembourg project is already under construction. The project consists on setting the added value to a 120 SQM apartment, throughout the interior design.

The Cabrera house project is finally completed. This house reform tries to capture nature into the interior areas throughout the use of huge glass walls. Nature itself conforms the project. The project includes the reform of 350 sqm interior areas and 500 sqm of exterior areas. See more!

Modo has recently been awarded in the Europan 11 Competition. The project was developed in Almere, The Netherlands. The competition comprises the design of a singular housing unit based on a 250cm width, to be developed by the seaside.

We are happy to announce that the Marrakech project is already under construction. The development includes the interior design of a 650 sqm villa and 2500 sqm of exterior areas. This project is undertaken with a close collaboration to Opera-Design Matters.

We have recently developed B-House as a set of 3 designs, developed with efficient and sustainable parameters. The designs respond to the sites where placed, and are divided into 3 typological projects, B-Compact, B-Open and B-Wall.
